Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cyber Studies Institute values the satisfaction of our students. Please review our policy carefully to understand the terms regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1. Students may cancel their enrollment at any time before receiving their login details without any penalties.

1.2. Once you have received your login details, no cancellations will be accepted, and no refunds will be given. This policy is in place due to the digital nature of our courses and the immediate access granted to course materials upon login.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Refunds are not applicable once the login details for the course have been issued.

2.2. In the event of exceptional circumstances (such as a medical emergency or other significant unforeseen event), a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Cyber Studies Institute. Such requests must be submitted in writing along with appropriate documentation within 14 days of receiving the login details.

2.3. Any refund requests approved under exceptional circumstances will be processed within 30 days of approval.
