1. The Enrollment Process
Select the course that interests you. The CSI website provides all the information about the courses such as – course description, course features, course fees, etc.

When you are ready to enroll in a program, simply enroll online by clicking “Enroll Now”.
2. Begin Your Studies
As soon as your enrollment has been received, we will validate and process your enrollment. You will receive an email from us no later than 1 working day from the date of enrollment with details of how to log into our online campus where your course will be ready for you to start.
All courses are video lectures by the industry’s finest instructors. They have a minimum of 10 years real-world experience and are subject matter experts in their fields. Unlike a live class, the video lectures are on demand, which means you can fast-forward, repeat or rewind all your lectures. This creates a personal learning experience and gives you all the benefit of hands-on training with the flexibility of doing it around your schedule 24/7.
Courses are divided into modules/lessons and exams/assignments are done at the end of the course. Some courses also qualify you to take the international exam from industry leaders like CompTia, Microsoft, etc. These exams are not included in the price and you can book the exam directly with the external body once you have completed your course with us.

3. Getting Help
Your courses are designed so that you can study independently. However, if you have a question about anything in your course, just contact us at any time. We are available on WhatsApp 7 days a week or via email as well as telephone during office hours. So whenever you get stuck you have the support you need at your fingertips. We are available and ready to help and guide you every step of your journey with us.
4. Getting Assessed
At the end of your course you are asked to complete a test. With no fixed assessment dates CSI students can submit their tests at any time. This allows students to progress through the course at a pace that suits their needs. Tests are done online and results are available immediately.
Some courses also qualifies you to take the international exam from industry leaders like CompTia, Microsoft, etc. These exams are not included in the price and you can book the exam directly with the external body once you have completed your course with us.
5. Certification
After the successful completion of your exam, you will be issued with a Certificate of Completion from the Cyber Studies Institute.
Additional external international certification can be done with some of the courses that will award you with a certificate from industry leaders like Microsoft, CompTIA, etc. for courses with this option.
